All returned merchandise must have the original product tags and/or stickers in place and be returned in their original packaging. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. Please be aware that the cost of return shipping the items is not the responsibility of Kashwére (exceptions will be made in the case of damaged, defective or incorrect items sent).
In addition, the following conditions must be met:
- NO EVIDENCE OF WEAR AND TEAR, NOR EVIDENCE OF BEING LAUNDERED.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All returns and exchanges must receive an authorization number prior to their return.
